How long will my order take to ship?
Every product is made from scratch, by hand. We aim to ship within 3 business days (often sooner) and we’ll email tracking as soon as it’s on the way. Handcrafted = fresh

Are your fragrances safe?
Yes. Our scents are crafted without the big no-nos; no phthalates, no parabens, and no Prop 65-listed ingredients. We choose suppliers that publish safety data. (More details on our Ingredient Ritual page.)
Can I request a custom scent?
Absolutely. If you don’t see the exact scent you want, reach out and we’ll try to personalize a blend or suggest the closest match.
What comes in the box?
Every order includes a sample bag. Ingredients for each sample are listed under that product on our site.
I’m sensitive to fragrance. Any tips?
We recommend a quick patch test on the inner arm and waiting 24 hours. If irritation occurs, discontinue use and contact us.
Do you do wholesale or event favors?
Yes - tell us about your shop or event and we’ll share options for wholesale or small-batch favors.
